ONGOING SERVICE & SUPPORT CONTRACTS: For clients with ongoing service and support needs we offer a 10-hour pre-paid CustomCare labor contract (parts not included as part of the contract price). CustomCare contracts can be used to cover the cost of any type of labor charge (i.e. phone support, in-shop repairs or on-site service). More important, you receive priority service with no rush charges, one contract covers all your computers and the contract does not expire except when you have used up your 10 hour block of purchased time. CustomCare Contract: $90 Per Hour • 10 Hour Minimum ($900.00) PICKUP & DELIVERY: Pickup and delivery services at your home, office or school are available on request. However, this service is provided by an outside contractor and they are not able to answer questions or provide any type of technical assistance including disconnections and hook-ups. IN ALL CASES WHERE DISCONNECTS, HOOKUPS OR OTHER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED, AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT AND THE ON-SITE SERVICE RATE WILL APPLY. Las Vegas Pickup Fee: $30 (the pre-scheduled on-site rate applies if disconnection is required) Las Vegas Delivery Fee: $30 (the pre-scheduled on-site rate applies if hookups are required) Arizona Pickup & Delivery Fees Vary By Community In some outlying areas (Boulder City, Searchlight, Laughlin, Bullhead City) we are able to meet you at a pre-designated location on Thursday evenings so you do not have to make the trip to Las Vegas or Kingman. There is no charge for pickups and deliveries at those special locations.
